Shipping Carriers & Methods

At checkout, customers select their preferred shipping carrier and shipping method. Once your order has been picked up by the chosen carrier, all shipping timelines, delays, and delivery issues are the responsibility of that carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, service interruptions, or any circumstances beyond our control once the package has left our hands.

Processing & Production Time

All of our candles and wax melts are made to order in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Because of this, production times may vary.

• Orders typically ship within 1–10 business days, depending on where your item falls within our current production schedule.

• Production time is separate from shipping time and is not included in carrier transit estimates.

Expedited & Express Shipping

Choosing expedited or express shipping applies only to the shipping speed once your order has been shipped, not to the production or processing time.

• Expedited or express shipping does not mean your order will be made or shipped sooner

• Production time remains the same regardless of shipping method selected

Order Responsibility

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are unable to control delivery times or delays. Any shipping issues should be addressed directly with the carrier selected at checkout.
