Are your candles really handmade? Yes! Every candle is hand-poured, hand-painted, and decorated with care. No two are ever exactly alike — each piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

  Do the candles actually smell like desserts? Absolutely! We carefully craft our scents to match the desserts that inspire them — from gooey chocolate chip cookies to fresh-baked cinnamon rolls. They look like art but smell like heaven.   

 Are your candles safe to burn? Yes. We use a natural organic soy-blend wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks to ensure a clean, safe burn every time. Our candles are also pet-friendly, making them safe for the whole family to enjoy. While they look almost edible, they’re designed to be long-lasting, cozy candles (not food!). "For your nose, not your mouth"

 How long do your candles burn? Our candles are made to last, with burn times that vary depending on size. Many of our candles can burn for 40+ hours when cared for properly.

        How do I care for my candle? For best results:

                     • Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

                     • Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before blowing it out.

                      • Keep away from drafts and never leave unattended.

      What is your return policy? Due to insurance policies, we do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives damaged, please email us directly at hello@cafecandles.com with proof of damage. We’ll send you a replacement candle free of charge.

      Can I cancel my order? Because every candle is handmade to order, once your purchase has been submitted and we begin processing, it cannot be canceled. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before checkout to ensure everything is correct.

     Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds, as each candle is custom-made with great care and attention. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our goal is for every customer to feel delighted with their CSC’s Candle Bakery experience, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

     Do candles melt during shipping in the summer? Candles can be sensitive to heat. During the summer months, please do not let your package sit outside in the sun for long periods of time, as it may cause melting. To help protect your order, we include ice packs in our summer packaging.
